If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a subscription or a one-off tutor session — you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Follow the prompts to request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly.
3. You can also contact us at piusochiengowino@gmail.com and we will help.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.
